These Terms and Conditions govern use of our website and all rentals or services provided by Justin’s Tropical Rides Ltd..

2. Reservations & Payments

● Reservations may require a deposit.
● Full payment may be due before or at delivery.
● Prices are subject to change until confirmed.
● Bookings are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

● Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances.
● Weather-related changes may be rescheduled when possible.
● Approved refunds may take processing time depending on payment method.

4. Rental Requirements

For golf carts and certain boats:

● Valid photo ID may be required
● Valid driver’s license may be required
● Minimum age may apply
● Only approved operators may drive/use rented equipment

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

● Operate rentals safely and lawfully
● Follow local rules and navigation/road regulations
● Return equipment on time and in reasonable condition
● Report accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately
● Keep keys and equipment secure

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

● Operate while impaired by alcohol or drugs
● Overload passengers beyond limits
● Use recklessly or dangerously
● Allow unauthorized users to operate rentals
● Use equipment for illegal purposes
7. Damage, Loss & Fees
You may be responsible for:
● Damage beyond normal wear
● Lost keys or accessories
● Excessive cleaning
● Late returns
● Recovery/towing costs
● Negligent misuse

8. Mechanical Issues

If a mechanical problem occurs not caused by misuse, contact us immediately. We will make
reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or provide a fair solution depending on availability.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, storms, natural
disasters, transportation issues, power outages, or events beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental or
service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse, negligence,
breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

12. Website Use

All website content, branding, text, and images belong to us or are used with permission.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of The Bahamas.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective when
